Shawn (extension 4) was great to talk to. He answered all of my questions and helped me decide which wheelchair was best for my needs. I would give Shawn 10 stars if I could.

Great again. It's the second lift chair I have purchased from Med Mart. Great company! I would complete recommend to anyone.

Well it started off nice! Sean at ext. 4 was my salesman. U bought a lift chair. Supposed to a been delivered a couple weeks ago. The shipper said they left at my house. I have security cameras everywhere. It never showed. I had to Start a dispute with my debit card. Sean acknowledged I never got it. I asked for my refund. It’s still not been processed. $1,500.97 dollars. I called back to talk to Manager. No one to talk to and no call back. Not happy n not a good experience

Daniel Guerra was amazing! He deserves recognition for his thoroughness. He helped me navigate a hard purchase and I truly appreciated it!! We lost connection, he called me back, and even text me afterwards with certain details concerning delivery, which I was concerned about. This interaction was enough for me to come back if the need ever arises. Thank you 🙏

Spoke to Stacey. She was easy to understand. She understood my "special needs" for the order. This was quick, easy and painless!

First , I would like to address my contact person, Darrell Flunker. He was very good and makes your company a great representative. He definitely is a plus. I rate this instance 3 stars because of the following: No place in your adds did I see that it would be 3 weeks for delivery. I saw several places that indicated 3 to 5 business days for products. Maybe I missed something. If I had known, I probably have still purchased the item. When I first learned of the delivery time, I decided to continue what I had started because I needed the product and wanted to deal with MedMart. I have made several purchases in the past and know it is a very good company. On one hand I can understand that the bed I ordered would not be manufactured until it is ordered, but I think that needs to be defined when the bed is described.
