“Mike,” my sales rep., was direct and to the point. He knows what he is representing, his role in helping the customer get exactly (or pretty-darn close) what their needs require today, tomorrow and even in the future should the need arise. I appreciated the fact that he recognized me not just a potential customer, but someone he felt he needed to “protect” as in purchasing this item “for his mother” because of the various features the vehicle offered for my comfort and ease of use. His insight into height, leg room, maneuverability, weight, durability over various surfaces, hand control and comfort all played in the role of my possibly getting the “perfect” scooter for me and at a reasonable price/investment.
