I requested help with this product both by phone and then email several weeks ago. I got no response to that request, nor the follow-up email I sent. Only after I called sales did I finally get the part I needed.

re order 100012785: we ordered a sit to stand believing you had the item which the salesman said you did, he also claimed he could get it shipped out in 5-7 days. that was on August 10. we have nothing until today when my husband called and was told you did not have any, he offered to upgrade at no cost which would be fine but was trying to find one. we were counting on getting it soon as i have been in the hospital 80 days and cannot go home without it. needless to say, we are more than upset. we are not happy with your company. connie and dennis petersen

Mike the phone rep I spoke with was very helpful, even to the point of calling me with an update on the scooter we were buying before I placed the order.

Ordering was easy and the scooter arrived within a week. I just got it, so I’m still working on folding and unfolding it. This is my first scooter so I’m still learning and getting used to it. For a small woman, it has been a little bit harder for me to lift it, but with some practice, I think it will be fine. So far, so good!
