I ordered a product on August 1st, requested an update in status 4 days ago. It is now August 18th. I STILL have not received one word. Definitely NOT stellar customer service.

Stacey B was so helpful in placing our custom order! It has not shipped yet but in context of the order process she was wonderful. A better direct extension for calls in relation to custom solutions is the only item that could be improved. Very solid experience!
