I ordered a Nitro Deluxe Rollator (Walker) late in the day. It shipped the next day and I received it at 10:30 the following morning! The walker is extremely high quality and well designed. People come up to me and ask were they can get one. Med Mart may have to put me on commission I have referred so many customers to them! I could not have had a better experence or received a better product.

I am very happy with my experience with MedMart! The salesman, Darrell Flunked was very knowledgeable on the product. And if he didn't know the answer, he found out. The product I want is out of stock everywhere I have tried, but as soon as they come in, I will get my new chair. Darrell was also awesome in contacting me back promptly. And he wasn't pushy, he didn't try talking me into something else. Thank you!

I called to request an in home service call for my mobility scooter on 7/25/22. After a week of not hearing back regarding the request, I called again on 8/1/22. I was told they were looking for repair service in my area. I called again on 8/9/22 for an update and was told the same thing but they needed to bill the service call. I was.charged $200 plus tax, a total charge of $220.50. Another week went by so I called again on 8/19/22. Again I was told they are looking for service in my area. I do not live in a remote rural area. I’m on the northwest side of Chicago. I was told they will call me back by the end of the day or on Monday. Med Mart should not offer service if they can not provide it in a timely manner. If I don’t get a resolution by Monday, I will ask for a refund of the charge they already processed and get my service at a local DME store that offers service calls. Service Request #236365 Called again 8/24/22 and asked to speak with a manager. I was told I’d get a call back in a few minutes. Still waiting.
