Please check RETURN POLICY before purchasing major products. Website CLAIMS returns are welcome... HOWEVER, my purchase of a $200 4 point padded sling was not to be returned even though it was unopened and unused. By the time it was delivered, patient passed away. Sorry to say that I would be hesitant to buy from them again. No mention of NON-REFUNDABLE or NON-RETURNABLE during purchase process. CAVEAT EMPTOR. Buyer Beware!

I ordered the Rollz performance motion rolator last week and today ordered the cover for it. I am very please with the help I got ordering the rolator and the ease with which I found and ordered the cover.

I ordered the knee scooter 8/15 and it arrived 8/20. Easy to assemble. Easy to maneuver. Would recommend this scooter to others.

The purchase procedure was annoying. I couldn't just choose what I wanted and then proceed to checkout. I had to go through information that I had previously read several times before I could get through the purchasing process.
