I had the good fortune to speak to Mike Poole. I was interested in buying a sit-and-stand battery-operated device to get my husband in and out of bed. Mike guided me through my options; after speaking with him, I learned more about these devices than I could ever want to know. I purchased his suggestion immediately and then called back to discuss an air mattress. While the equipment hasn't yet arrived, I can attest that customer service is knowledgable, conscientious, and customer-friendly. Thanks, Mike!

AMAZING DELIVERY TIME! Yowza! So excited. Received at least a week earlier than expected. Excellent quality. Very quick set up. Mom's already enjoying it. She loves that it lifts her right up to her walker. Less exertion for her, which makes it easier for me to suggest she sit in it rather than in bed all day every day.

I purchased two heavy duty lift chair recliners for my brother and sister in law who are in a convalescent home. Within a few months one of the chairs leg lift ceased to work. It took months to get any replies to calls and emails and we had to pay a $150+ service call fee to assess the problem but not to worry they would have any possible part needed to fix the issue during that call. NOT! Almost a year and three service calls later I was advised the chair has been fixed. I will never recommend this company to anyone and as a nurse I get tons of requests from friends and colleagues on where to buy these kinds of chairs.

I bought a VERY expensive recline from this company in April 2022 and it began malfunctioning 3 weeks ago and I still haven't had anyone come to look at it. I've gotten the runaround for 2 weeks. I purchased extended warranty but it is still covered under manufacturers warranty but MED Mart told me to contact extended warranty company-doesn't make sense. I contacted Extended warranty they told me I am still covered under manufacturers warranty-no brainer right! I have called, emailed and chatted still nothing.

My experience was nothing less than outstanding. Very helpful and most of all knowledgeable.

I am very happy with my purchase of a Buzz Around carry on scooter. All aspects of my purchase went very well. Very helpful and friendly assistance, timely delivery, quality product, etc. Operation of my new scooter is excellent and fulfills my expectations. I would give my experience with Med Mart 5 out of 5 stars and would recommend this to anyone looking for a quality mobility scooter. Thank you!

I titled my review "Mixed Message" because I received an email saying that the chair was I ordered was"delivered" a couple of days ago and in fact it was not delivered. I telephoned the company and talked to someone about that and he said that the chair should be delivered on Sept. 7, as originally stated in an earlier email. He said he would investigate the mixed message and get back to me. He never called back. At this moment I expect the actual delivery on Sept.7, but who knows for sure? I don't.

I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a scooter for my wife expecting it to ship on September 19th and then received it on by FedEx on September 1. The scooter looks great and is easy to operate. Only thing that needs to be improved on is that the manual is out of date and should be updated with the current model and its improvements. Otherwise, great job by Med Mart. I and my wife are very pleased. This will be a big help to her as we travel around the State of Ohio.
