The sales rep "Mike" was so awesome!!! had thought I had purchased a wheelchair from my phone early morning and then realized I had not gotten a confirmation number. I called to confirm my order a Mike said it had not been placed. He helped me to place the order and I received a conformation number, Glad that your company made this order such great experience, My dear friend that I purchased the wheelchair for+ will now be mobile again. Chair arrived damaged, I called the number and chose the option to have them call me back when someone was available. Well I've been waiting for 4 days now. Yes 4 days. So that tells me customer service has issues. Yes I've called back and same thing.

I am truly unhappy with your company. I am getting charged a total of $990 restocking and shipping fees on a $2200 scooter. This is a scam beyond scams. I could see a flat rate , but charging this amount should be investigated. I am contacting the BBB to make a complaint. Mike was my salesman. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE. You can reply and break down why blah blah blah BUT people should truly be aware. READ THE FINE PRINT PEOPLE AND DONT ORDER FROM HERE EVER!!!! I contacted another medical company and they think it’s egregious the amount I was charged. Disgusting !!!!!!!!!!

Hi there, The restocking charge is a % and is online industry standard for medical equipment sales. The fees are shipping and restock, not restock alone. There's a lot that goes into a return of medical equipment and the process of return for our staff takes weeks to complete with quarantining, cleaning/sanitizing, then preparing for resale at a reduced price as we can never sell as new again. Our return policy is located at the bottom of every page on our website and available anytime prior to, during or after purchase to review. We charge what we are charged for shipping and the restock most of the time doesn't cover the loss we take on every return. I hope this helps clear the charge up. I can say also, on the compact ultra-lightweight folding scooters, the seats are not or could not be heavily padded due to folding up to the size of a luggage bag. I placed my order on Monday October 3rd and my product arrived on the 5th. I was happy that it came early before the date I was given. My problem was solved within 2 days and I was able to move around more easily and make all my appointments later that week. Thanks for the easy ordering and the quick delivery..
