These are very difficult times for me and her patience and understanding was much appreciated.

Product was just as ordered. This was a large purchase and I wasn’t familiar with the company. I called about a tracking number snd they assured me I would get it as soon as the delivery company shipped it. By evening of the day it was supposed to ship, I had the tracking number. Arrived on time in perfect condition. Definitely recommend ordering through MedMart.

This chair meets all my expectations. The material is great, and the workmanship is wonderful. I owned an upholstery shop for thirty years, so I know and recognized quality work. The chair is a wonderful help to my body, whenever I sit or recline in it my body just feels great. This chair is perfectly made, and it will be a great help to anyone who wants to relax their body at any time of the day. The comfort zone with the emphasis on head and back support is wonderful. I have been having problem with this chair every since I have it. I called and reported the problem that I have with the chair, they send the replacement parts to my home. I called the repair service and leave several message in which I have not receive any respond. I cannot use the chair because it will not return back to a sitting position.
