You keep asking me to review a product that I have never received. I was told it would be 25 days. We’re beyond that now and my patience is running thin. I really can’t give you a recommendation.

Had to return product. Be very aware that you have to pay return shipping PLUS a "restocking" fee. Those 2 things added up to half the cost of the lift we returned. Also they take their own sweet time returning your money. They say they get 30 days which is ridiculous. Contacting customer service is a joke. They definitely have their standard statements. At this point we are out over $600 between shipping and "restocking" and they still have not processed what little refund we have coming. I will never buy from them again. As a disabled person I don't have the money to throw away and waiting for the refund for 30 days is ridiculous

My name is Cindy Blanchard. Unfortunately our first experience has been disappointing. My husband, Kirk and I ordered a lift chair on 4-15. Your sales associate, Tywana, was very patient and helpful. The chair was not stock in Kettering but in Cincinnati warehouse. I called Saturday, 4-18 for an update and was told it would be delivered this week..no call for delivery yet. When I called today, I was told delivery is on 4-30 partly because we live in Brookville, Ohio. We were given no indication it would take so long. Hope something can be done to have delivered sooner. I do not like to give bad reviews but this is bad business. Regards...
