Company was very easy to talk to, no pushy sales pitches, discussed pricing upfront, offered services for install, but was simple enough for customer to DIY. Support Tech Line was very informational and quick to respond. Order was delivered within 2 weeks and took about 3 days to self-install doing it part-time.

We received our products quickly and though there was a problem with the controller for our air mattress Med Mart assisted us in getting an extremely quick response from the manufacturer and we had a new unit in just a couple of days. All products were as advertised and Med Mart was very helpful in helping us to decide which product was best for us. They are always eager to answer any question. I had a conversation with their sales person, I wanted two days, then I ordered what I was advised to order. I was sent a ramp that was supposed to fit a 2006 Toyota Sienna Van. I was ensured that it would fit. I invested $1000.00 in a ramp. After installing the ramp, I found the ramp would not allow a 420.6 lbs electric wheelchair would not go up the ramp, because the angle was to great. I requested from the company for assistance and I received an attitude for the service person. Naturally I gave attitude right back. Then I supervisor told me we could return the product, if I had the original packing that the product came in. I advised the company it arrived on a pallet. I then was advised that I would have to find a shipping company to return the product before I would see any part of the money that I invested. I asked what would keep the company from keeping my money and the product? I was told this is the way it has to been done. I explained I find this unacceptable and unethical.
