He is polite, patient and I was made to feel more than comfortable purchasing this lift chair for myself. I was ordering the Pride 3 wheeled scooter and thought I was all set until I wasn’t . I called for help and Stacy answered. Stacy was friendly and helpful. She explained why my purchase was not going through on its own. I called my bank as she suggested and all went well. I was Invited to call her back directly with and questions that may pop up.

Daniel was great and answered all of my questions and made ordering easy.

I don’t know why they don’t pick up the phone right away, it goes to some weird music.
