The guys that assembled the bed nevered checked to see if all the parts were here before assembled the bed in my house. I cannot use the bed without rails. Also used my handcart but nevered put it away left it out in my driveway. VERY POOR SERVICE. The rails were the wrong ones. Hopefully someone will be here Friday with the right ones.

Helped me find an affordable chair that supposedly holds my weight

The worst service I have ever came across in a business. I bought a go go scooter not even a year ago and I have not one problem with it but 6 problems and still they just blow me off and it is under warranty. Will not let you speak to a supervisor and co to ie to ask for info they already have. I would not recommend buying h anything from them. What a bunch of scammers. Mike Martin

I called MedMart and told the product expert what I was looking for in a lift chair. I'm just 5 ft and petite and needed an infinity chair, since I sleep in it. He recommended me a chair that would fit my needs. He walked me through the breakdown of the cost of chair and placing my order. My expert was there when I needed him. No phone tag. Thank you for a no hassle experience. I would recommend this company.
