Ease of Communication, setting up finance and doing business, plus the quick delivery

I ordered a mattress for my mother, it arrived two hours before she passed away. We never opened it, the box never even made it off my porch. I can understand that opened mattresses should not be returned but if the have never been out of the box I don't understand why I cannot be return and be refunded. Just one more thing added to a very difficult time

What made my experience great was and is the excellent customer service. From the first operator to Mr. Flunker. There was no pressure, he answered all my questions and was very patient with me and the time it took to actually purchase the bed. The only thing to improve on is maybe while on hold to come back on every once in a while to communicate where we are in line or check back in, I thought someone had forgotten I was on hold for a moment and I went ahead and hung up. Mr. Flunker called back though and I was glad because I probably would have waited until Monday to try again. I hope all goes well with the hospital bed I'm ordering and I have confidence that Mr. Flunker will help if not. Thank you, Shawna Ellis

We ordered an electric hospital bed for a relative in Memory Care to replace one we had rented. Used the white glove service to insure proper assembly. The whole process worked well and we are pleased with the outcome.

Tim was very helpful in helping with my order I would have liked to get the bed at a better reduced price but I know he gave me the best price available. I hope I’m satisfied with the bed
