Ordering the Baja Raptor 2 4 Wheel was a breeze because Chris (in sales) helped me along the way. He answered every question, was knowledgeable about the product, and took his time to make sure I understood everything. Such customer service is rare these days. What a pleasure to do business with Med Mart!

Tim Fuller, himself was "honest, helpful and constructive." He sustained the customer relationship over a couple of days, as things on my end got sorted out. He also made sure that I got a good price that included the guard rails that I almost forgot to order. Tim explained the different payment methods and was patient when I had to call the credit card company to verify me as the holder and to authorize the 'unusual' expenditure. The video of the human being demonstrating Kalmia bed was very helpful!

Scooter arrived on time and was somewhat easy to assemble. All parts were intact. As I achieved 72 years of age I find walking at state fairs and amusement parks near impossible due to bad knees and hips. The Pride Victory is a life saver.

Made an order and asked for an estimate of delivery. I was told 4 days & based on that placed order. Called today & was told manufacturer would give update in 3 days. Not happy with this. This is my first & last order with Med Mart
