The ordering process was fine but the follow up after was very disappointing. I had to ask for tracking information multiple times and never received the proper information.

Easy check out for the most part. It was a little difficult to figure out how to add the discount code. Not sure why I was charged tax on medical equipment. It was nice to get the sling free and with the discount, I saved over other sites.

Your representative Stacy was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful when I called about an item I saw on your website. So much so that I placed my order with her instead of on the website as I would normally have done.

The unit right out of the box did not function. I called Med Mart and 15 minutes later a Med Mart service representative returned my call and was able to resolve the concern. The problem appears to be a change to a component without a corresponding change to the manufacturer's instructions which is not Med Mart's fault.

Darrell Flunker was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in walking me through the various options available for the Joerns bed I was interested in purchasing. I had many questions and he was very clear in providing answers that helped me make purchase decisions.
