Med MartReviews of medmartonline.com

The people working at Med Mart and the shipping department (if different people) were very cordial, helpful and accommodating. Can't say enough about the service and keeping us informed about delivery. The bed we purchased, Protekt Protopia Model # PMLTC36 was extremely well packed and easy to assemble. My son picked the package up a day early simply because my Husband was coming home earlier than expected and we live about two hours from the last point of its arrival.

James is an excellent representative. Clear, friendly, and thorough.

we purchased a Medical Bed from MedMart about two years ago. When the remote went bad, I called the manufacturer who confirmed the bad remote, but then told me I had to go back to the retailer for a replacement. When I gave you guys the serial number, you had to go back and confirm with Joerns, even though it was clear on the invoice that the 3 year warranty had not expired. I ended up having to purchase the remote to insure we got a replacement. I asked to person that help me to move forward with the warranty replacement and they told me yes, and would call me back. No one ever did !

My lift chair came 10 days earlier than what was scheduled. I was a happy girl.

Chris was very helpful & knowledgeable.

We were received immediately by Andre. Very gracious and knowledgeable gentleman. I told him I was looking for a rollator walker and a travel chair. He showed me both items, gave me choices, and described differences between different models. He made this shopping trip a very easy one, and we left the store with smiles.

So easy! The gentleman was so friendly and courteous!
