I have to say buying the right bed was like buying a car the online staff was very helpful twice pointing me in the right direction to what we needed.

Put in a service request for a vivalift chair under warranty 1/17/24 it is now 4/7/24 and still waiting on parts and do not have a functional chair. Terrible customer support, another big company that sees customers just as a number. Never buying anything again from this site.

I just wish i could change my weekly payment from $23 something to a much higher payment so that it will get paid off within the 90 day interest free. But i cant. So im going to make extra payments along with the amount that was set by the finance co. And that is what ill do. The item arrived pretty quick. Thank you

Website lists all information throughly...describes every detail for chairs, how they function, measurements,styles, fabric, customer reviews and contact information. It's as if you have a salesperson right in your home!

Have not received our order yet but the gal I talked to and gave the order to was wonderful and made everything easy. She was also very informative.
