We dealt with a very nice man. His name is Ish. We're old and our granddaughter spoke fir us. He was so kind and understanding. Didn't rush us at all.

Med Mart in Cincinnati was once again a great help. The man listened to my needs help direct me the right direction. I bought a new mattress and it was delivered the next day just as promised it is exactly what I needed and was looking for. Thank you for your great customer service.

My questions were answered quickly and completely. I needed to know if my chair would arrive by the time I leave to go out of the country on a trip and my sales person was able to assure me that it would.

I’ll start over 😑 so finally after 4 weeks the bed did arrive yay! The delivery guy to install was very nice on the phone however he saw a big gash in footboard and didn’t inform me of it and I’m guessing didn’t call you? We definitely need a new foot board delivered and the busted one sent back. I thought it was a good day until his granddaughter sent me pictures yesterday. I’ll call again on Monday but you definitely need to ship out footboard and have it installed again. You guys seem so nice on the phone but it’s been one issue after another. Please setup delivery of busted foot board and get the company back out to install it!!
