They have not called me back after promising a call from the repair shop over a week ago..Getting it fixed on my own! Med-Mart has no service expediency, they run the warranty out in the weeks it takes to diagnose and mail parts and then set up another service appointment for the service person…..WHO NEEDS THIS?

shocking customer service. I opened the chat function and asked where in the pittsburgh pa area I could try one of their products. fast response....I quote the chat word for word here. Chat: I would not know what you have in your area ME: surely you jest. where is customer service? Chat: I am in SC and we are based in Ohio. Why would I know what is in PA? I kid you not....this is word for word from there web site chat function. I will not be doing business with them.
