The Customer Service Rep. was extremely helpful, patient, and kind! I don't know much about computers so it took me a few minutes to get to what she was guiding me to. She was INCREDIBLE AND I APPRECIATE HER MORE THEN WORDS!!! I will definitely reccomend your Company to anyone who asks me about my chair! I am beyond overjoyed to receive it!

the web site is easy to navigate when looking for what I wanted to purchase. I ordered a lift chair for my husband. but when I went to look for information on the protection plan and the in-home delivery I was not able to find any information. that's why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. I will leave another review once we get the chair and it is set up.

I found the scooter online via the website. Nice selection to choose from. I had some questions and was able to get all the answers using the chat feature. The rep was knowledgeable and very helpful.
