I completed my order online, I called customer service, spoke to Kristin, as I had a couple of questions. Kristin was helpful in explaining to me how to enter the accessory item that was included no charge with my order. Looking forward to receiving my Sit to Stand Lift. I’m sure I will be happy with it, just as much as I am happy with my hospital bed that I purchased earlier this year. Thank You!! 😃

Kristen stayed with me to make sure the purchase was successful. Have to admit the process might be a little more explanatory.but thank goodness Kristan was patient. Kudos to her. Would have gotten frustrated and quit purchase. Thanks

The discription of the sit stand lift was great. It had lots of pictures to tell about it. The process of purchase was fast. Thanks. I've purchased before and received fast delivery, hope this time is the same.

Friendly telephone consultants. Lynn returned my call within 15 minutes. Explained the difference in sit to stand equipment brands. V She was very helpful!!

When we found out that this company does no business with health insurers we found that to be a serious knock on the company. Since this company deals with medical devices but does not work with any health insurance companies, I would recommend anyone needing medical devices to work with companies that have relationships with health insurers such as Medicaid/medicare and the military health insurer Tricare. We tried to return the unopened box, but Med mart said that we have to pay for shipping, which I was ready to do, but also pay $725 or 25% of the total cost to put it back in their warehouse. The item purchase was a Hoya lift for our severely handicapped son. I probably should have investigated the company more thoroughly before making the purchase. Buyer beware.

We understand your frustration regarding the return policy, however, we are very transparent with this policy on our website. While we don't offer direct partnerships with health insurers, our goal is to provide accessible medical devices. We appreciate your feedback and will work on improving our policies to better serve our customers. Thank you, Medmart Team

I used the online chat which I don't use often but the young man who answered was very helpful and answered all my questions and sent me the links that I needed to place my order.
