Kaleb is an amazing (just truly outstanding) sales professional; because he was so nice and helpful, it made me want to go through with the order... I had originally planned to make more than one phone call to check a few other options, but after the helpful time Kaleb spent with me on the phone, I knew Med Mart was the right place for me; all my questions were fully answered.

Overall product was great and expected. Issue was with delivery, not the driver. Driver was instructed to leave product outside with no way of staff to get product into building.

Brought Neighbor home from the terrible nursing home! Lift is a great addition to get him in and out of bed
