Service representative very helpful in answering all my questions and finding the color I desired matched to the particular recliner lift chair I chose within same pricing range. I can’t wait to get chair and try it out. The order time is great and expect home delivery will be of great benefit to me as have a bad back.

The walker is beautiful and can be utilized in every aspect except for the back rest. I use my walker as a chair when going to restaurants, to the doctor's office or sitting outside with family and this back rest is so close to your back when sitting on it that you feel like you are being pushed out of the seat so it is impossible to sit in it and be comfortable. I am afraid I made the wrong choice in walkers. I do not believe there is a longer back seat to replace the one that came with it either.

The delivery team. The team delivery dropped off walker and shower chair and it was awesome. They fixed shower chair and adjusted the walker. I am truly grateful for the delivery team. Thank you and I will continue to do business with Med Mart Kettering. Thank you.

We have not gotten the part we paid for and can’t determine where it is or when it will be delivered because we have had no communication from Medmart. We already paid for the part and $65 shipping a week ago and have heard nothing since then. Medmart couldn’t even explain what shipping company would be used or when it would arrive. For $65 shipping it should have been here next day.

We apologize for any inconvenience, this part was delivered on 8/13. We hope now that you have the part, you are satisfied and may reconsider your review.

This is the worse chair I have ever gotten from any company. The size is good, the raise and lower is good. It is not comfortable at all. The back is very rigid. The foam is hard as a rock with no give at all. The head rest sticks out so much that now I have neck pain. If I have another chance I would not get this chair. I’m not sure if I would look here for anything else.

We understand your frustration with the chair's comfort level. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We value your feedback and will use it to improve our products.

I had the right credit card and it wouldn’t take a chase card. I tried a different one and it look up that it was not a Visa card but wouldn’t let me change the kind of card. Finally had to use the Amazon pay.
