The customer service representative was extremely helpful and remained on the line while the issue with my bank card payment was resolved. A pleasure doing business with a company that is attentive with easy access to a person when customers need help.

I need to return my scooter. I called a few times and try to do this online. Even chatted with someone online. Today I spoke to someone that said it was too late for me to return it. I have NOT opened it!! It is brand new in the box. I have nowhere to store it, can't carry or access it. Please call me ASAP

Thank you for your feedback. Per policy, which was acknowledged at checkout, there is a return window and there are fees associated. We apologize for any dissatisfaction you have experienced with your return.

Their refund policy is a joke. I bought a mobility scooter from them which ended up being to big and powerful for me. Opened the box, put it together , sat on it and ran it 15 feet and put it right back in the box as it came. It took weeks to get it picked up and then took weeks to get any kind of a refund only when I filed a dispute with PayPal and got them involved did I get only half my money back. I believe that without PayPal being involved I would be waiting for a refund for eternity. They can do whatever they like because if you read the refund policy it is so convoluted that they don’t have to do anything except drag the process out until you give up. My advice. Don’t buy from them!!!

They didn't have the specific product I wanted/needed, but were prompt to offer an alternative, and prompt to refund my purchase after my partner decided to rent a lift chair. A+++ customer service!!

The ramp i purchased was very misleading in description. No way two disabled senior citizens can left it as not really portable. It came with one end of box tore up and the end of ramp was severely damaged as it would be in manufacturing. I called about two hours after receiving and got kind of a run around before they fineally said i needed to email. I dont feel like i should not be making payments on an item that is broken and needs sent back for which im still waiting.
