I got what I needed and things went smoothly. The only thing I would have liked better was if I could have ordered two sheet sets when ordering my hospital bed. There didn’t seem to be an option to increase that accessory. Other than that, it was an easy transaction. Thanks

I have ordered 3 slings. The first two slings purchased are the wrong size. I called and found out that no returns will be accepted if the package was opened which they were so we had to keep those two, knowing they would not be used. I purchased the 3rd sling, did not open the package, so if I did need to return it, it was still in the original package. In the description, it says that it is mesh. The back part of the sling that will be sat on all day and resting her back against is hard and will cause skin breakdown. The description said it was mesh that is not mesh. It feels like hard cardboard is inside the material. I called to return it and got told that they are not returnable. The first time when I called, they said it was non-returnable because the package was opened. Now I can’t return it. With it not being opened.???! Very unhappy.

Hi there, Melanie- I'd love to help you in this situation in multiple ways. I did check your information by email, by the other name on the order, by the billing/shipping address and there's one order that's been placed with us for a sling. Per our policy slings are not returnable due to hygiene related reasons. However, at times, we can assess the situation, ask for pics/video showing it's unopened and go from there. I see your original request for the return of this sling stating it's not padded enough which would be difficult to know without opening it however that doesn't change the fact of why you prefer more padding. Slings should not ever be sat on or rested on for any length or duration of time. U-Slings are made so they are easily able to slip behind the back and straps under each leg while in a seated chair position without having to get the material under the behind area. They're also this way for easy removal. I needed a hospital bed mattress before my dad with stage 4 cancer came home from the hospital. I needed it quick and I needed it to be good or he would not go in the bed. It arrived in time and is very comfortable for him. He is in bed 24 hours a day so it has to be good. I am very happy with the purchase and the company. They were a pleasure to work with.

The item we ordered was missing keys to activate it and MedMart staff worked to get a new key sent quickly. When further problems with the item were found, they worked with the manufacturer to get it totally replaced. The new one works fine. All the help was appreciated.
