Bad information, horrible return policy.
The bed took much longer than expected to arrive. My husband wasn’t home from rehab, so we were unable to return the bed that I was given misleading information about. The mattresses are 36 and 42 inches. My expert didn’t know standard size which turned out to be 39—not even offered. My husband practically falls out of bed and we can’t return it because it was more than 7 days before he got to use the bed. That’s a lot of money for a necessary and uncomfortable and practically unusable product. Stay away from this company. The person who finally delivered it was wonderful, but the company stinks. He is a subcontractor.

I've requested information about this since it came through without any attached actual order although I'm pretty confident that I know the details about this order. I'd like to reply with facts here like hospital beds standard size is in fact 36" x 80". A standard TWIN bed is 39" x 76" or TWIN XL is 39" x 80", that is not standard hospital bed sizes. I'll wait for more details to be sent to confirm this review.
