Excellent customer service. I ordered a mobility scooter and found out that due to circumstances beyond our co trol that we didn't need the scooter. So I called the next morning and explained the circumstances. The customer service person was sympathetic to my circumstance and put in a cancellation for the scooter. 2 days later the price of the scooter was refunded on my credit card. I will definitely use this company when I need mobility devices in the future.

This wheelchair is probably the best chair we looked at. It even fits through each and every 'doorway" in my condo. Others we looked aat were just not at the level of this MED MART wheeldhair!!
