Today is September 24 What is the difference between placing an order and order Placed?
Today is September 24, I placed an order on September 14 for a Medicure Free Spirit Sit To Stand lift which I was led to believe would be shipped early the following week. I have been checking my email daily for tracking information from the carrier, as we are in desperate of this product. On September 20, I received an email that my order had been updated to Placed. I called your help line on September 24, and still could get no information about a shipping date.Is this your "normal" for customer service?
