Great experience with rep!!

The lady I worked for are with. I'm sorry, but her name was Kristy and she did a wonderful job. She answered all my questions and even call me back the next day when I had trouble with my card.

I spoke with Darrell and he was very helpful and understanding. After looking into other local businesses that might fill my need I backed away quickly from them. I decided to order my scooter a short time later. Thank you Darrell for helping me make a good decision.

I was having difficulty placing my order. Tim was wonderful. He explained to me why my order did not process and what I need to do to correct the issue. After a few phone calls to my bank. I called, Tim's extension and he was able to process my order.

Online it didn’t show a shipping address called & they said they would work on it to make sure it gets to me

Because it's such an expensive purchase I don't think that it should be left on the steps I believe that you should have a signature at drop off. Also putting the name of the purchase on the side of the box is dangerous due to high theft in packages when dropped off. However I was very pleased with my purchase & your customer service.
