Beware! Med Mart tells customers that they do not file Medicare claims, but that customer can file claim with Medicare. What they don’t tell you is that they do not have a Medicare supplier number. Medicare will not approve claim without supplier number. Have been pleased with product purchased. Better than product approved by Medicare. But plan to pay full cost out of pocket.

Found what we needed on the website. Had a follow up call from Lynn who wanted to know delivery information and was a lovely lady to talk too. And extremely helpful.

Have a pride pursuit two. Not sure what size cover I needed so got the large one. It seems to big. Looks like good quality though.

I spoke with someone named Lynette. Sadly I cannot remember her last name. She totally understood my needs for a lift chair and why I was not comfortable buying a chair this expensive online having never seen it or sat in it. She put all that concern to rest for me. She knew what color I needed, what size I needed. And she fully explained what Med Marts sercvice and repair options were and the difference between that and a purchased warranty. She was pleasamt with a great sense of humor. My only miomor issue is that the power recliner I have now allows me feet to hang over the edge. so I wanted to know if this one included a footrest extender, she said it did not.. Since i have been researching these lift chairs for days, I thought I had read in the online description that it did have a footrest rextension. After I ordered the chair, I went back in to read the specs on this one and the websire clearly says footrest extension available, so I thought maybe this is a separate purchase, but I found no option on the purchase site to add it. So, I am confused. Not a big deal, would just liked to have had a footrest extension on a chair this pricy. But other than that Lynette was FANTASTIC

I called and Tim Fuller took my call. Answered all my questions. I went on line and completed the order and choose Red as my color. When i checked out delivery date was February 7th. Call back and Tim got the color changed to one that was in stock and ready for shipment. He was very friendly and informative. It was so nice to speak to someone that spoke good and clear English.
