Easy to order. Arrived on time!

Lynette was a great customer service representative. Even when I had to hang up because I had problems going on in my business, she was very understanding and made sure that she gave me her extension so we could continue our conversation from where we left off instead of having to start all over. She’s a keeper. Thank you for all the help that she gave me.

Order arrived ahead of time! Very quick and professional!

The order process online was a little confusing at first but after calling , Louise straightened everything out and helped me complete my order. The only downside is the amount of wait time for the larger seat. I feel since it's a component & removable it shouldn't take that long to get. I got the delivery service so we'll see what happens!
