The exact item I ordered had been discontinued (color) which wasn’t a big deal. I wasn’t to happy that it took them 4 days to notify me of that. However after I agreed to the change suggested things have been good thus far and communication has been better!

Great description…….ease of navigation

Whilst Med Mart had a bed that fit our needs, the main reason I purchased from Med Mart was Sean. Sean was incredibly helpful in the first instance with choosing a bed that fit our needs. He was a plethora of information, answered any questions I posed to him and was never impatient with answering my numerous phone calls. Sean's support throughout the entire choosing and ordering process for a new bed was invaluable. Whilst we have not, as yet, received the new bed Sean was emphatic that I could contact him at any time for after purchase support. Thank you Sean and Med Mart.

We were suppose to receive our scooter on Friday Oct 4th and then Tuesday the 8th ten we were to receive the unit until Wednesday the 9th. We will see!!!!
