Med MartReviews of medmartonline.com

The agent was incredibly helpful. She called the manufacturer to request the part, then called me to advise it would a little longer because they would only email the info to her. Then when she received the email she called me again and I was able to place the order. Throughout all of our conversations she remained polite, professional, and extremely helpful. I can't recall the last time someone worked so hard to satisfy the customer, and she sounded happy to do it. She provided EXCELLENT service.

Ordering the bed was not a problem. The problem occurred during the delivery/installation phase. I paid $425 for their premier installation service. I received a call some days/weeks later telling me that they had no one in my area of the USA to do the installation. Asked if I wanted to do it myself or if i knew someone who could do it. I paid for this service because I didn't want to be bothered with it. But, trying to be helpful, I located a handyman service in my area who could do this. I informed the sales rep of the persons name and number and asked that they coordinate the installation with this gentleman (I still didn't want to be involved in the installation). Well Med Mart refunded my $425 and washed their hands of this (they did provide some level of instruction to the local handyman). From my perspective, Med Mart should have been the coordinator of the installation AND paid for it (since I paid them $425). After complaining about this with them, they emailed me the same old "apology" about how they will use this as a learning experience. QUITE DISPLEASED WITH THEIR FOLLOW THROUGH! If you are ordering from them - don't try and help like i did. They will drop the issue on your lap. Ask for solid assurance that they have someone available to do your install. We will see how the bed is when we finally get it installed. Paid over $5,000 for it. Will review again once its been used for a while.
