My 8 month old lift chair stopped working. I was referred to a 3rd party repair company who informed me all repairs would be out of pocket. It's completely unacceptable. If I could find a way to return this chair I would. Horrible experience never spoke to a human. Had to " leave a message" then I was contacted by the 3rd party. Medmart is absolute trash.

Your company provides an excellent range and quality of handicap equipment and your people are first class with their assistance. Darrel Plunker was so helpful. My shopping experience couldn't have been better.

I was having trouble placing my order on line, so I called and spoke to the nicest, most helpful gentleman who has ever given me over-the-phone help. He placed the order for me, and was so very patient with all my questions. He is truly an asset to your company.
