Kristen wasn’t pushy but professional, kind and allowed me to ask as many questions that I had. She explained the difference with the chairs and in minutes I was sold. Kristen deserves employee of the month for sure. I was hesitant in making a big purchase and she reassured me throughout the process. Kudos to Kristen.

After many non returned calls on getting a controller for a 2,300.00 chair that is less than 24 months old, I was informed today that is backordered from the manufacture. This has taken over 10 days to come to this conclusion. I have offered from my first call to pay whatever it cost AND overnight shipping, only to have to wait to see if it was covered by a warranty. I did not care & would pay anything. When you have an elderly person and their whole world revolves around this chair, this is sad, really sad that they are stuck in it. No remote for her chair and my credit card has been charged
