Hello, Obviously we do not take these kinds of accusations lightly. As a reputable company that has been around for over 30 years to your local area especially, we reviewed this complaint thoroughly and after review, discussed with you that you chose free shipping and did not opt for the add-on service of in-home delivery. You did choose to pay for that optional service and add it on and our super helpful customer service is taking the steps to reconstruct the path of this order to now being delivered with in-home delivery and set-up service. Once your order is received to our warehouse, we'll be scheduling the delivery appointment with you. Your order will be delivered to its respective place at your request and left in working order with packaging disposed of if you request. Thank you and kind regards.
