Chair was supposed to be delivered last Friday. Still waiting and now one can tell me when. If you commit to a schedule please honor it or at least communicate what the issue is and when can you honor commitment

Your sales associate, Kristan, was incredibly helpful and streamlined the process for me. My daughter was just diagnosed with breast cancer and I wanted to get this chair in place for her recovery. Kristan was empathetic and had lots of insider knowledge and helpful tips. As soon as I had any trouble navigating the purchase process she helped me out and made it fast and easy for me.

I got took didn’t do my home Work, got sucked in by a phony discount paid 35% more than I could have with another retailer. Their policy has a price match but they wouldn’t do it I’ll never shop with Med mart again . Their loss
