This is a horrible company to deal with! I ordered a lift chair for over $2,000.00 plus delivery and have been getting the run around. The tracking number through FEDX STILL says carrier waiting for pick up after 2 weeks. I keep getting what seems like an automated email from"sonia" that says carriers have tried to call, but I don't answer the phone, so they left a message. There are no messages on my cell phone or home phone and I don't really leave the house. The carriers have not heard anyting from Med Mart. After I posted this review, Med Mart did contact me and I finally have a delivery date. I feel there needs to be better communication between Med Mart, the customer and the delivery company.I am happy I did not have to cancel the order. If I have more issues, I will update.

*** EDIT - I see that the original delivery was scheduled for 3/11 and you asked that we change that to a later date due to prior commitments. The next delivery dates were set between the 14th and the 21st. At this point it seems there was some missed communication so we provided the phone number for you to call the delivery company directly and schedule this delivery on 3/13. Please let us know if you need additional assistance. I would be happy to look into this order, but there is no identifying information about what order this is affiliated with. "Sonia" is a person, not an automatic reply. Please provide information and we are happy to look into this further.
