Inexcusably slow shipping won’t buy from again and will tell people you get the same item at Amazon and Home Depot, only reason I bought from this company was because being a medical supply company. Won’t make the same mistake again. It should not take 2 weeks to receive and order placed when payment was made the same day. AMAZON IS THE BEST

This was my first purchase and I needed help with using a discount code. Customer service line gets answered by real people. They kept assisting me until it got resolved. I ordered a hospital bed package and bed table. I was focused on delivery time, price, and quality. They delivered as promised and the equipment was as advertised and exceeded my expectations.

Answer emails would be helpful. Not advertising merchandise you don’t carry for sale would be another. I didn’t expect a month or more wait to find out if the wheelchair we ordered is even going to available. So, yes I am disappointed with answering quality of service questions and so far my experience
