I was very impressed with the product knowledge of the agent, Kristen. She did not have to look anything up and knew the answers like a pro. Personable and professional and gave me the confidence that if I need any assistance after delivery that I can count on them. Makes me confident in my purchase.

Navigating website and altering order was difficult. Had to delete order and completely start over to update choices. Couldn't change erroneous address info that your system used for me. Could only add additional propper address. Chat person couldn't alter choices either. You need to update your system

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We understand how frustrating it is to have to restart an order just to make changes, especially when address information also needs to be corrected. We appreciate you pointing this out and will be sharing your experience with our team as we continue looking for ways to improve the online ordering process. Thank you for choosing Med Mart.

We have a Rascal that was delivered about 4 weeks ago, it doesn’t work!!! 🙁 I have been in contact with a customer service representative who informed me that the manufacturer ordered a replacement part , the scooter has a throttle problem does not move. The part has still not arrived it’s been a week since ordered. The customer service representative informs me that the manufacturer is having an issue finding a technician to repair our Brand New Rascal scooter . Brand new and needs a replacement part doesn’t make sense to me!! This situation has caused my husband & I a lot of grief🙁 we sit in our chairs and look at the scooter sitting in our entry and say why is this happening to us, when our intention was only to purchase the scooter to help my husband get around the house 🙁🙁 It been very disappointing.

We’re so sorry this has been such a frustrating experience. We understand how disappointing it is to purchase a new scooter to help make life easier, only to have it sitting unusable while you wait for a repair. We are continuing to work with the manufacturer to get the part and service arranged, and we truly appreciate your patience while we work through this. We know this is more than just an inconvenience, and we hope to get your husband safely using his scooter very soon.
