Customer service representative was always very polite kind and did everything she could. However I was extremely disappointed that in the description with the larger back,the under storage containers were not included. That was one of the reasons I wanted that model. So I ended up having to pay an extra $90 for the containers themselves and going to Home Depot to buy $2 worth of washers so that I could attach them myself. Thankfully it was very easy but I just don't like how the company not only didn't make it clear that the bigger back did not come with the underseat storage containers but also that they said they absolutely positively would not fit. but with very little modification and literally 5 minutes I was able to get them on. Hopefully they will change their advertisement to State clearly that if you pay the extra $200 for the larger backrest that you will not get the under seat storage

Well they need to use a different shipping company, they left my new scooter in the parking lot ,that's were we had to put it together since I had no way to bring it up. It was very heavy,im disabled and can't walk.Im lucky my neighbor helped me.
