You don't give anytime for returns. I was in the hospital when I received the product. There should be at least a 30 day return window. I will never use your company again

You made it so easy to replace my scooter that was stolen right before Christmas with my car. I am so ever grateful to be getting the scooter and the gentleman that helped me on the phone. I can't recall his name right now could not have been any nicer. He made it a wonderful experience. He gets a five star also

This company is amazing. They really want above and beyond to get my mobility scooter to me and they have an amazing staff one of their customer service representatives. I believe her name was Lynn reach out to me to inform me about the type of scooter that I had already purchased Being defective upon arrival in many cases and that she recommended I should not go with that purchase because they’re not even supposed to be selling it anymore. My first thought obviously was that they’re just trying to upsell me but no, they really did care that I got a working product in a relatively fast timeframe And they are very easy to communicate with and they got me my product as soon as possible. I recommend everyone they are absolutely phenomenal.
