I am not sure where to start but here it is anyway. The Scooter was supposed to be White Glove Service and it wasn't the two guys just left it and didn't show my brother how to use it or anything about it. The Wheelchair that I purchased is too heavy and I asked about returning it but they said that I only had 7 days to do so. I also did not have the box it came in. The box that it did come in was damaged to begin with. I think that I would've been better ordering from Amazon. Do your research.
