The salesman we talked with was…
The salesman we talked with was good,explained the sale and delivery very well, his name was Daryl. My issue is with the scooter itself. Heavy , bulky, hard to turn and maneuver in stores. Wheels are big and get stuck when turning..my previous scooter the gogo elite was much better to move about. Would not recommend this scooter to anyone.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Customer Service! I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Daniel Flunker at Med Mart. He was incredibly helpful, compassionate, patient, and knowledgeable from beginning to end. I honestly don’t think I have ever called a company to purchase a product and spoken with someone who was as knowledgeable and genuinely helpful as Daniel was. He took the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident with my purchase. I never felt rushed or like I was just another customer. When you’re purchasing medical equipment, having someone who understands the products and also shows genuine compassion makes such a difference. Daniel went above and beyond, and his level of customer service is something you rarely find anymore. Med Mart is very fortunate to have him. Thank you, Daniel, for making this experience so easy and for treating me with such kindness and respect. I highly recommend working with him!

I had a little difficulty changing the cart from one item to another when I changed my mind from one item to any, but otherwise it was good.
