Ordering online was pretty easy, I was disappointed that I didn't receive notice of my product being shipped, when it arrived a few days before I thought it was scheduled to, the boxes were left in a pile at the bottom of my mom's driveway in the rain. The shipping paperwork was mangled. Fortunately, it was found before it all got soaked and nothing was damaged

Customer service rep Shawn was very helpful. He was able to guide me through the process of buying the double halos. The halos arrived sooner than expected, which was great. However, the holes did not match up correctly for my hospital bed, but the bed tech was able to find a way to attach the halos.

Ordered on Oct 29th with an expected delivery date of November 18th. Paid the extra money for the delivery and assembly. While I understand that Thanksgiving could cause a delay, even assuming the expected delivery was to the 3rd party company, they did not receive it until Nov. 24th. I have not heard from the delivery company yet, and MedMart seems to refuse to give the contact number of this company. They also messed up the tracking number from ABF, so I had to contact MedMart to even get the correct ABF tracking number. So far this has been a horrible experience, and I am on the verge of contacting them to refund all of my money for failure to provide the bed

I recently purchased the Protekt all-in-one lift and it is NOT as advertised. 1. Too heavy for 1 person even with tilting it to get into car. 2. Wheels are TOO SMALL You can’t even get it over the cracks between the sidewalk. The same issue occurs getting it over the threshold. It was quite a fight getting out and in the house. 3. SAFETY is also a concern. My daughter had a terrible bruise on her leg from getting it out of the trunk. With the weight, once you tilt it down it quickly falls to the ground. So users beware. 4. RETURN POLICY is a JOKE. I had trouble getting it to work at the beginning (it will not work while plugged in). I decided to return it at which time I unplugged it and it worked. I then decided to try to use it and realized the above issues. I sent a note to return it and was strictly told there is a NO RETURN policy after only 7 DAYS. Not the standard 30 day policy. I was so hopeful this would be the tool I needed to be able to put my husband into the car. I am so disappointed. Now I have spent about $1300 on a product that I can’t use. Buyer beware.
