Medisave US LLPReviews of medisave.net

We ordered several items and were absolutely pleased. I loved that we received a telephone call letting us know how we would be able to save money in the process. The shipping was fast, the products were impeccable, and the service was great. Our firm will return - for sure!

I was very pleased with my purchase of a Littemann stethoscope. However, I paid extra for same day processing and 2 day delivery to receive it by Christmas. That did not happen. We received it on the 26th.

Overall this company is legit in selling their products in a easy and fast way. The product I bought for my loving girlfriend whom is going to become a nurse is very happy in receiving the gift I bought her. The only problem I had with the transaction was that it took 3 days for the payment to clear when I used PayPal and thought it would be just in a day. I was hoping to look forward to giving the gift on Christmas day but I had to give it 3 days after Christmas. So maybe a improvement would be processing transaction faster. I understand I could of paid more for shipping but in the end who wants to, and I did pay a little extra for it to be rushed ASAP. In the end I'm happy that my girlfriend is happy and that she enjoys the product I bought from you guys. Thanks again and I look forward in buying a better one in the future for my girlfriend with the deals you guys have (:

I found the website to be easy to navigate. I was looking for a new stethoscope. I found the one I wanted and compared prices on line. With shopping this site beat everyone else by around $10-$20. I'll shop here again.

This was my most pleasant shopping experience during the holidays. The price was great and the product arrived very quickly. i will continue to shop here for all my nursing needs!

The laser engraved name is so small. Barely notice the name.

Good pricing with included name customization. Delivery was fast and arrived in good condition.

My husband ordered me a personalized stethescope as a christmas gift. We recieved an e-mail two days later stating that it was out of stock. There was a number to call and an address to e-mail with the options of choosing another color or canceling the order. We called a few times throughout business hours and only recieved a busy signal, so we sent an e-mail asking for the order to be canceled, and we placed an order for the same stethescope from another website to ensure it would be here before christmas. Two days later we got an e-mail stating that the stethescope had been shipped out, still no response to our e-mail. I had to place two tickets in for cancellation before someone e-mailed me back and told me to not accept the order. Too late, I had already accepted it and am now stuck with two stethescopes thanks to the poor customer service and response from medisave. I am now in the process of trying to ship it back and get a refund and reimbursement for shipping...
