I ordered a replacement diaphragm for my stethescope. Found the part on other sites for much more. I received the parts intact and packed well. Very satisfied with my transaction.

Ordered product, paid a "priority fee" in addition to $25 for overnight shipping. Received product 3 days later. No replies to my request for partial refund if shipping fees ( happy to pay regular shipping, since that is what I received. ) Also said free gift wrapping which meant they put in another plain box. Very disappointed and won't recommend or purchase from them again.

I ordered a stethoscope on Dec 12th from medisave because it was the only company who showed the item in stock. The money was taken from my account, then put back in the next day. I received an email saying it was out of stock and would arrive early the following week. A whole week went buy with no update on the item. I emailed the company many times with no response back. I also called many times and was on hold 40 plus mins each times and never got to speak with anyone. 2 weeks later someone responded to my email when I wrote in saying I wanted to cancel my order. They informed me the product just arrived and could be shipped that night. I did receive my item about 3 weeks after I ordered. I won't be using your company again.
