Really Fast and exactly what I was expecting!!! Love this stethoscope!

I ordered a stethoscope for my daughter. The selection was great, and the free engraving so needed. I ordered right before Christmas and it arrived in time. My daughter loved it.

Order it before the holiday with engraving and had it in two days!

My daughter, a nursing student, wanted a stethoscope. I got the model number she wanted and shopped around! This was the best value and the shortest delivery time AND the included engraving was the best ever. She didn't even know that could be done so it was a super wonderful surprise for her!!! Thank you for doing such a great job!!!!

I really wanted the Raspberry Littman cardiology III stethoscope. On their website it listed 17 available so I expected a smooth transaction. Contrary to their website, my order was put on hold because they were out of stock. I had to call them to pick a substitute color which I was quite upset over. The customer service is friendly and helpful but the wait time was ridiculous. I was supposedly the 2nd person on hold and it took well over 45 minutes. Another time I called I was put on hold as usual but while I was on hold to speak to a representative it went to a voicemail because I had to wait so long that it passed their closing time. The overall experience was fustrating. The positives are: customer service is friendly if you can get a hold of them and shipping is relatively fast.

I paid for express ship and extra cost for it to be here in time for Christmas! Then the delivery date was said to be 12-26-13, I was upset about that because it was a gift but really got mad when I didn't get it until 12-28-13!! Horrible! I should get a shipping refund!

It was the day before Christmas Eve and we wanted to get an extra special present for our daughter who had just been accepted into medical school. My husband came up with the idea of a white coat and stethoscope. We searched the internet and found Medisave! They could even engrave the stethoscope and embroider the coat the same day! I placed the order which we received on Christmas Eve! She was so happy, she posted a picture on Facebook.
