I have tried several times via email and telephone to speak to someone about exchanging my stethoscope I purchased from Medisave and I have been extremely unsuccessful!!! I only have received automated emails in return letting me know a case has been opened - and that's it! No information on how to go about returning the stethoscope or any follow up email pertaining to my issue. I have tried calling their number several times but I have encountered the busy signal most often and several other times I have waited on hold for 45+ min! Yet and still NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE! If you purchase from this company make sure 100% that you will keep the product because it is impossible to speak to anyone about returning it!!
